Some suggested challenges as solicited in the corresponding Reddit thread. Apologies if any suggestions are too similar to previously posted ideas.
Dear reader: I know you're probably super busy, but in order for this document to make sense please thoroughly read the the sample item below.
This the challenge text. This text contains the main description of the bounty suggestion, which I've tried to keep as precise and unambiguous as possible. All proposed challenges are, of course, modifiable at the discretion of the admins. Text that looks like this is an alternative suggestion that the admins may want to use to modify the challenge. Now go and throw the most exciting Dota 2 tournament since TI3. This is a note about the challenge. It usually expands on edge cases, conditions, or the incoherent ramblings of my mind.
These challenges require you to fulfill certain criteria in addition to winning a match.

Win a match with 2 enemy tier 1 towers standing.
Win a match without either team killing Roshan.
Win a match without skilling any ultimate abilities. Invoker automatically disqualifies a team, as be begins the game with Invoke already skilled. Although Divided We Stand can be skilled at level 3, it is still an ultimate and cannot be skilled for this challenge.
Win a series without drafting the same hero more than once.
Win a match while the enemy has mega creeps.
Win a match without using glyph.
These challenges require you to draft your heroes in a certain way.

Draft a lineup identical to one that was used in a TI finals match. The drafting team must give a shoutout to the team that made the original draft in all chat. Either team's draft of the 27 TI finals matches matches qualifies for this challenge. Since none of the drafts are duplicates, there are 52 valid options out of 153,476,148 possible 5-hero lineups.
Draft 5 heroes with the same primary attribute.
Draft 5 heroes with a starting movement speed of under 300. Heroes with exactly 300 base movement speed do not count.
Draft 5 heroes with a starting movement speed of over 305. Heroes with exactly 305 base movement speed do not count.
Draft a lineup identical to one used previously in the tournament by your opponent. This might be better saved for later in the tournament, so that teams have more options.
Let the enemy captain dictate your team's first pick.
Draft a hero that is disabled in Captain's Mode.
Draft multiple heroes that are disabled in Captain's Mode.
Draft 5 human heroes in a match excluding half-humans such as Dragon Knight and Sven. Human heroes according to the Dota 2 Wiki: Anti-Mage, Crystal Maiden, Dragon Knight, Invoker, Juggernaut, Keeper of the Light, Kunkka, Lina, Luna, Legion Commander, Mirana, Phantom Assassin, Pudge, Sven, Templar Assassin, Windranger.
Draft 2 (3) or more heroes associated with the Fundamental Plane. Chaos Knight, Io, Keeper of the Light, Enigma, Elder Titan.
Draft 2 (3) or more Keen heroes. Sniper, Tinker, Clockwerk, Gyrocopter, Techies, Timbersaw, Alchemist.
Draft 4 (5) heroes with a Root ability. Crystal Maiden, Dark Willow, Ember Spirit , (Lone Druid), Meepo, Naga Siren, Oracle, (Shadow Demon), Techies, Treant Protector.
These challenges can be completed during the course of a game, no special restrictions.

Destroy a tier 4 tower before destroying any barracks.
Deal at least 2017 damage before (after) reductions in a single instance to an enemy hero. The damage must be a single instance dealt against a single hero. The damage does not need to be a critical attack (or even a physical attack). Instakill effects such as False Promise or Ice Blast do not count.
Kill at least 2 (1) heroes while your hero is dead.
Have at least 1 of your heroes end the match with no kills and no deaths.
Do not allow the enemy heroes or creeps to destroy any of your towers. Denies are acceptable.
Deny the first 2 Aegis drops from Roshan.
Place a full bottle in an enemy hero's inventory (during the first 10 minutes of the game). The bottle must have 3 charges, but must not contain a rune.
Return an enemy bottle to an enemy hero's inventory. The bottle may be empty, but must not contain a rune. You don't need to give the bottle back to the hero that originally gave it to you. See also: Social Drinking.
Have every hero on your team have direct ownership over more than 1 unit at some point in the game. Clones and hero-creeps (Meepo, Arc Warden, Spirit Bear, Astral Spirit, and Chaotic Offering Golems) all (don't) count. Your heroes do not all need to control multiple units at the same time; each 1 just needs to fulfill the requirement at some point.
Grab all 4 starting bounty runes.
Do not cross the river for the first 2 minutes of the game. You may enter the river as well as occupy the bridges crossing the river on either side of the map, so long as you don't actually cross them.
Before the start of the game (0:00), be taunting in the Roshan pit while an enemy is also doing so. Requires both teams to coordinate, but someone might backstab the other team and grab first blood...
Destroy all tier 1 towers before killing an enemy hero.
Kill (or assist in killing) an enemy hero while in the enemy fountain. The enemy hero does not need to be in their fountain, nor does the killing source of damage; e.g. this challenge could be completed by smoking into the fountain as Nature's Prophet or Zeus and casting an ultimate.
Kill Roshan in the first 10 minutes of the game.
Deny a tier 3 tower.
Deny a tier 4 tower.
Equip every hero on your team with Boots of Travel.
Do not use a courier for the first 3 minutes of the match.
Do not purchase a courier for the entire match.
Do not place any wards for the first 5 (10) minutes of the match. Spam-pinging a random hero on your team when you die is also encouraged.
Stack an ancient camp 4 times (5 stacks total) and farm it.
Interrupt 5 enemy heroes with a single cast of a spell or item. Clones, illusions, and summons do not count. Anything that cancels TP Scroll counts: Black Hole and Chronosphere are obvious choices, but skills like Vacuum or Aghanim's-upgraded Freezing Field also qualify. also yes i know universe's echo slam didn't stun all 5 heroes stop ruining my fun pls
Get first blood before the match starts (0:00).
When any hero on your team buys or completes an item worth over 3000 (2200) gold, someone on your team must announce what the item is in all chat.
Announcement must be made at time of purchase, plus or minus 15 seconds.
False announcements are prohibited (encouraged).
Have a hero with at least 200 last hits by the 20 minute mark. These numbers may need to be adjusted for balance.
Have at least 30 last hits on every hero by the 10 minute mark. These numbers may need to be adjusted for balance.
Kill an enemy hero with reflected damage from Blademail. Specifically, the damage instance that kills the enemy hero must be from a Blademail proc.
Build and equip a Divine Rapier and then kill an enemy hero.
This wording helps to avoid the situation where a team has effectively won and builds a Rapier and waits for the other team to surrender; you got to get in the fight!
Some loopholes are still possible, such as building Rapier on Zeus and then getting a kill with Thundergod's Wrath.
Kill 1 enemy hero at least 4 times by the 10 minute mark.
The kills don't have to be caused by the same hero each time.
These numbers may need to be adjusted for balance.
Earn at least 5 kills on 1 hero by the 10 minute mark.
You don't have to kill the same hero 5 times.
These numbers may need to be adjusted for balance.
